Refund Policy

AI Halloween Costume sells one-off credit packs. There is no subscription, so nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.

Unused credits: refundable within 14 days

If you change your mind, you can get a refund for the unused credits of a pack within 14 days of buying it. Email support@aihalloweencostume.net from the address on your account and tell us which purchase it is.

• If you have not used any credits from the pack, we refund the full price.
• If you used some, we refund the unused credits at the per-look price of that pack.
• We send the refund to your original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
• The refunded credits are removed from your balance.

Used credits

Credits that were used to create a look are not refundable. You choose the look before you spend a credit.

Failed looks are refunded automatically

If a look fails to generate, the credit goes back to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the unused credits from that purchase are removed from your balance.
