Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and SailorFlow LLC ("we", "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company that operates AI Halloween Costume at aihalloweencostume.net (the "service"). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

AI Halloween Costume creates Halloween costume images from a photo you upload and a look you choose. Images are made by AI. We may change, add or remove looks and features at any time.

Accounts

You sign in with a Google account or with a one-time code sent to your email address. You must be at least 13 years old to have an account, and if you are under 18 you must have a parent or guardian's permission. You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your Google account and email inbox secure.

Credits and payments

• New accounts get 1 free look after signing in. To prevent abuse, the free look is limited to a few new accounts per network per day.
• After that, you buy one-off credit packs. Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page before you pay. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
• One look uses one credit. Credits do not expire.
• There are daily limits. Accounts that have not bought credits can make up to 4 tries a day, and accounts with paid credits have a higher daily limit. The whole site also has a daily limit, so on a very busy day new looks may pause until the next day. Failed tries count toward your daily limit, but their credit is returned.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. The total you pay is shown at checkout before you confirm.
• If a look fails to generate, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.
• Refunds are covered by our refund policy. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the credits from that purchase that you have not used are removed from your balance.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.

Acceptable use

You may only upload photos you have the right to use: photos of yourself, or of other people (including children) only with their consent or, for minors, as their parent or guardian. You agree not to use the service to:

• create sexual or nude content of anyone, or any content that sexualizes a minor
• impersonate a real person or create images meant to deceive people into thinking they are real events
• harass, bully, threaten or demean anyone, or create hateful content
• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights
• break the law, or try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or access it with bots or scrapers

We may refuse a request, remove results or suspend accounts that break these rules. Accounts suspended for serious violations (such as content involving minors) are not refunded, and we may report such content to the authorities.

Looks and trademarks

Our looks are original costume designs. They are not official costumes of any movie, show, game or brand, and we do not claim any affiliation with or endorsement by the owners of trademarked characters. Names we use to describe a style are only descriptions.

Your photos and results

You keep any rights you have in the photos you upload. You give us permission to process them only to create your images and run the service. Subject to these terms and the rights of others, you may use your results for personal and commercial purposes. Results are stored for 30 days and then deleted, so download anything you want to keep. AI output

AI-generated images can be inaccurate, unexpected or imperfect: likeness, hands, text and details may come out wrong, and similar images may be created for other users. Results are provided for entertainment and creative use. You are responsible for how you use and share them, including labeling them as AI-generated where that matters.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, SailorFlow LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if greater. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to cover our losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) from claims arising out of photos you upload, content you create or share, or your breach of these terms.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or end access for breaches of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (credits already refunded, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Consumer protection laws of the place where you live still apply where they cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and tell signed-in users about significant changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
